On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Ziaur Rahman, a free heart camp and medicine distribution programme was organized.

Today, Monday, 2 February 2026, the healthcare initiative—arranged by the Doctors Association of Bangladesh (DAB)—was held at the Karail Ansar Camp area in Mohakhali, Dhaka. The programme was visited by renowned cardiologist Zubaida Rahman.

Later, Dr. Zubaida Rahman visited the office of the Ziaur Rahman Foundation (ZRF), where she listened to various health concerns of women and provided necessary medical advice.

Among those present were Professor Dr. Farhad Haleem Donar, Executive Director of ZRF and Chief Adviser of DAB; Dr. Mehedi Hasan, Treasurer of DAB; Dr. A. N. M. Monwarul Kadir Bitu, Joint Secretary General; Dr. Ziaul Karim, Coordinator of the Specialized Medical Camp; Dr. Mostafa Aziz Suman; Professor Dr. Mohammad Safiuddin; Professor Dr. Khabir Uddin; along with other specialist physicians.
